Contractor Selection and Qualification Process
The contractors and mitigation specialists who are part of our network are carefully selected. Only those who meet the high standards of our rigorous qualification process are accepted. That ensures that you are securing the most reliable and professional companies within your community.
The objective qualification process for each contractor and mitigation specialist includes:
- Detailed 3-year financial reviews
- Proof of insurance
- Signed W-9 form
- Copies of customer testimonials
- Independent credit report
Each contractor and mitigation specialist must also undergo recurring annual reviews of their independent credit reports to ensure their service and financial credibility is maintained. Also, every claim that a contractor works on is reviewed to ensure both customer and carrier standards are met. If a 99% customer satisfaction is not maintained, contractors are put on probation and removed from the program all together if problems persist. This constant credentialing of the contractor’s work is what sets Innovation’s Property Managed Network apart from other contractor programs.
