Argonaut Insurance Company Selects
First Notice Systems' Claim Reporting Solutions
Leading specialty insurance provider standardizes
its phone, fax and Internet claim reporting process on a single,
web-based platform

— First Notice Systems®, Inc., a proven leader in
claim reporting solutions for the insurance industry, has
been selected to provide a combined service/software claim
reporting solution to Argonaut Insurance Company, a subsidiary
of Argonaut Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: AGII), a national underwriter
of specialty insurance products. Currently in production,
phase one of Argonaut’s new claims reporting program
was developed and deployed in just 60 days.
As a commercial insurance carrier renowned in the industry
for its exemplary claims service, Argonaut remains committed
to proactive claims management. Argonaut selected First Notice’s
ClaimCapture™ software platform, a sophisticated web-based
claim intake engine, to enable multi-channel claim reporting
in support of Argonaut’s customer-centric focus. Once
fully implemented, First Notice’s combined service/software
program will enable Argonaut clients to report workers’
compensation, general and automobile liability claims –
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – via
their submission process of choice: phone, fax or Internet.
Through ClaimCapture, Argonaut has effectively consolidated
its various claim reporting mechanisms onto a single, comprehensive
platform; streamlining and simplifying the claim reporting
process for all Argonaut clients.
