Innovation Group Finalizes the Acquisition of Nobilas, and Announces Launch of “Innovation Auto” Division in North America

New division includes fully integrated Managed Network, along with end-to-end Auto Physical Damage “concierge” solutions

Newton, MA — December 4, 2007 —Innovation Group today announced final shareholder approval of the Nobilas acquisition, and simultaneously announced the official launch of “Innovation Auto”, a North American division committed exclusively to providing a suite of fully integrated Auto Physical Damage solutions.

Innovation Auto brings together the collective assets of SurePlan International and Nobilas, as well as the experiences of Innovation Group’s successful MotorCare™ divisions in Germany, South Africa and the U.K. Additionally, the division is able to leverage Innovation First Notice’s industry leading ClaimCapture™ intake platform, as well as the resources across four service centers with 24 X 7 availability.

Primary services offered include Innovation Group’s Managed Repair Network (iMRN™), along with a suite of modular accident management services and fleet risk management. All services are built upon a pro-active, event-driven management model, helping to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while providing a strict focus on cycle time management.

Innovation Auto’s network includes 1,900 certified collision repair centers, supported by a dedicated vendor relations group, and backed by the industry’s strongest team of I-CAR Gold Certified technicians. The staff includes both licensed Appraisers and Adjusters, who average 20+ years of industry experience.
