Esurance Selects Innovation First Notice’s ClaimCapture™ Software Platform for Call Center Claim Reporting

Platform functionality to streamline the claim handling process and enable significant service enhancements

San Francisco, CA and Newton, MA June 11, 2007 — Esurance, the direct-to-consumer auto insurance company, and Innovation First Notice®, Inc. (First Notice) today announced that Esurance has selected First Notice’s ClaimCapture software application as its next-generation claim reporting platform.

Esurance plans to deploy ClaimCapture into its service center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The platform will be hosted by First Notice on an Application Service Provider basis, where it will be accessed by loss reporting representatives and supervisors to handle claim intake for auto physical damage and bodily injury claims.

The platform will integrate seamlessly in real-time with Esurance’s policy and claims systems that automate the direct repair program and appraisal assignment process.
