First Notice Systems to Conduct Business as “Innovation First Notice”
Branding change follows completion of acquisition by Innovation Group
Newton, MA — April 26, 2007 —First Notice Systems, Inc., the industry leader in claim reporting solutions for the insurance industry, today announced it will conduct business moving forward under the name “Innovation First Notice”. The new company name draws upon the brand and name recognition of its new parent organization, Innovation Group (LSE: TIG).
Innovation Group’s acquisition of First Notice Systems—first announced in November of 2006—was recently completed. The new branding will enable both Innovation First Notice and Innovation Group to better communicate their complementary insurance industry outsourcing services and software solutions.

Innovation First Notice says it well.”
