First Notice Systems Announces Multiple New Clients

Company’s continued growth highlights industry’s strong demand for services offering indemnity reduction and business continuity

Boston, MA April 4, 2006 — First Notice Systems® (FNS), the leader in claim-reporting solutions for the insurance industry, announced today that it has expanded its client roster with the addition of five new clients.

Included among the new clients are FCCI Insurance and PEMCO Mutual Insurance, who selected FNS for business process outsourcing (BPO) and business continuity services with specific areas of focus that include First Notice of Loss and Policy Administration call handling.

These latest client additions continue FNS’ momentum in expanding its already significant client base. In 2005, FNS added 16 new clients including national carriers such as California State Auto Association, The Hanover Group, and RTW, Inc. Other recent additions include several homeowners-focused carriers, as well as multiple third-party administrators (TPAs) and a state workers’ comp insurance fund.
