The Designer

ClaimCapture was developed along with an accompanying Designer tool, an “erector set” that allows the quick setup of new client programs as well as rapid additions and changes to existing programs. The Designer allows us to be extremely responsive to client requests as modifications can be made by business analysts (not developers) and without touching a line of code.

What is it? Well, technically, it’s a browser-based, data-driven Integrated Development Environment. We use it to build and maintain all the components needed to perform transactions on behalf of a client: customer data; business entities/account hierarchies; business rules and decision logic; call flows; questions; special assignments; and output.

Using a Web-based, drag-n-drop interface Innovation First Notice analysts create client programs piece by piece. In some cases, components are built from scratch; in others, the analysts may draw the component from existing libraries. This object-based, data-driven approach provides ultimate flexibility, accelerated response times, reduced reliance on engineering & QA resources, and greater scalability.
