ClaimCapture Extra is our mid-tier service, offering quick implementation times and basic customization/integration. It is designed for clients with relatively simple call flows who need just a few modifications and who want the call data “machine readable” without the effort of setting up an EDI or XML feed.

  • Handles all insurance lines of business.
  • Innovation First Notice reps answer the phone using your company’s customized greeting.
  • Enables clients to add questions to the standard call flows.
  • Sends an unlimited number of outbound distributions in standard ACORD formats via email, fax, and US Mail.
  • Transmits all call data as ASCII flat files (i.e., comma-delimited, tab-delimited, etc.). Files can then be imported into your systems to eliminate data entry and other extraneous processing.
  • Features automatic EDI filing to states that mandate it.
  • Offers standard management reports and escalation criteria.
